I live in the Mid Atlantic region with my wife and five kids. Yes five.  I am a finance manager for a Fortune 100 Company with over 10 years experience.  I have an MBA and CPA but my true passion is investing! I enjoy discussing new ideas and learning about financial markets.  I often use what I learn to make trading decisions and test new strategies in my brokerage account. One of the things I’ve written about lately is my extreme investing approach.

I just bought my second rental property recently and am looking to add more over the next couple years. I’m focused on purchasing real estate using 100% financing since I don’t want to take any money out of my stock portfolio.

I love talking to my friends and acquaintances about personal finance and will often write about things I’ve picked up in conversations with others.

One of the themes I am constantly writing about is how to invest patiently and in a consistent way.  It is often the impatient and impulsive decisions that hurt our investments the most. Why rush to get something now when good things come to those who wait?
